![]() ![]() ![]() That changes the battle royale pretty significantly, but given the severity of this glitch, it's clearly the right thing to do. Infinity Ward has acted quickly, issuing a playlist update late last night to all platforms that temporarily removes all vehicles from Warzone. The video below shows the glitch in action. The incredible thing about this glitch is that after a while it ends the game - not just for the player doing the glitch, either - for the entire lobby. However, the player is able to continue to drive around the map - although they can't leave the vehicle or do pretty much anything else. But for some reason, going out of bounds at this specific point on the map freezes the countdown. Normally, when you go out of bounds in Warzone you get a countdown that gives you a chance to return to the battlefield. The glitch involves driving any vehicle to a specific point on the map, triggering the "return to combat area" on-screen warning you see when you go out of the play boundary. Of course I could just have gotten so caught up in wanting more treaded vehicles that I kinda forgot about the exosuit.A playlist update is rolling out now across all platforms! Creating your loadout feels like part of the mission prep: changing your weapon to suit not only your appetite for destruction but the mission and enemy types you might encounter. basically, I think this would have a mobility advantage over long stretches of terrain against mechs. After your Helldiver defrosts on your ship, you and your squadmates must prepare for a mission by customizing your armor, your weapons, and your stratagems together. I know I've heard at least a few hell divers here talk about being in a HAV/APC and having to slow down for their teammates in mechs. I think with this tank players would be able to keep pace with the bastion and other vehicles like the HAV/APC and Hammer, as opposed to instead slowing down so that the mechs can keep pace. Meanwhile the lumberer has the advantage of being able to be operated by one person. for example the bastion and the new lumberer mech fill similar anti tanks roles, but the bastion is faster( at least when driving straight forward ) and has more ammo reserves. I see what you're saying, but one of things I like about helldivers is that a lot of the of strategems and weapons have similar roles, but have some minor variation that makes them better suited for certain tasks. I'd love to hear what my fellow hell divers think of it and I think it would be great if you want to share and talk about your own ideas for vehicles as well. Here's the sketch of the tank with a hell diver for scale. As for how it looks, it's basically a more compact version of the Mark series of tanks used by the British in World War I. With the way treaded vehicles are operated with the joy sticks this leaves the triggers open to operate weapons and maybe even stratagems, and because you can turn in place you still use the joy sticks to aim, all be it in a somewhat different manner than how you normally aim. It's a small tank that could be operated by one hell diver and is outfitted 1 machine gun. I came up with a tank that could act as a sort of little brother to the bastion. I figured I'd have some fun and think up some different ideas for treaded vehicles. I especially like the new mechanics involved in driving with treads and it makes me want more vehicles like it. So like many of my fellow hell divers I love using the new bastion tank. Join over 2,000 other Helldivers in our Discord!
